If a crew of ornery polecats are trying to swindle an honest homesteader out of his land, you can bet your bottom dollar that singing cowpoke Bob Blake (Herb Jeffries aka Herbert Jeffrey) will come to the rescue. This time Bob, his sidekick Dusty, and pals come to the aid of Joe Jackson, who has disappeared from his Arizona ranch. It just so happens that the ranch has a valuable gold mine on it - it also happens to have Joešs pretty sister, Betty, who becomes the object of Bobs attentions.
The usual crowd from the Jeffries/Kahn Westerns is on hand, including Spencer Williams and Clarence Brooks doing their villainous duty, and the Four Tones providing tunes. As always, Lucius Brooks is on hand for laughs, this time with a talking mule.
